Participate in audits as a learner and team member under the supervision of a Lead Auditor, ensuring compliance with applicable Scheme requirements and client SOPs Assist inEvaluation:
Observe and assess situations and processes without independently making decisions or identifying non-compliances until achieving Lead Auditor qualificationsDeliver Timely Outputs:
Meet agreed turnaround times for reporting and other deliverables; however, does not sign off on reports.Maintain Professionalism:
Present a professional image in all interactions with clients and auditees. Engage inDevelopment Activities:
Remain available during work hours to assist with and participate in day-to-day audit-related activities, including meetings, training, customer communication, and Key Account Specialist (KAS) communication to clients regarding audit matters.Promote Safety:
Consistently adopt safe practices, prioritizing personal health and safety as well as that of colleagues and clients, in accordance with Company policies and procedures.Ensure Compliance:
Adhere to the Company's Code of Integrity & Professional Conduct and Impartiality Policy and promote compliance among others. Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree (food manufacturing is preferred) Experience in supply chain Bilingual- Spanish Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities Language Skills
