$100,000 - $130,000 per year Job Details - Job Pitch Position Summary Experienced Assurance Manager/Senior Manager to lead engagement teams, deliver high-quality audit and assurance services, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. This role is responsible for managing multiple engagements, developing staff, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with professional standards. The Assurance Manager will work closely with partners and clients across a variety of industries throughout the Baltimore region. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and review audit, review, and other assurance engagements. Supervise, mentor, and develop senior associates and staff accountants. Ensure engagements are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with professional standards. Review financial statements, workpapers, and client deliverables for accuracy and quality. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact. Identify client needs and recommend value-added solutions and services. Assist with firm initiatives, including general process improvement and implementation of new technologies Stay current on accounting, auditing, and regulatory developments. Qualifications CPA License required 6+ years of public accounting experience Demonstrated experience managing client engagements and leading teams. Strong knowledge of
U.S. GAAP, GAAS, GAGAS, SSARS
Background in Family Businesses, NPO, UG/Single Audit and HUD is preferred Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and client service skills.
