Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience) We are recruiting on behalf of a respected regional CPA firm in Indianapolis seeking an Audit Manager. This role is ideal for a CPA with extensive audit experience who is ready to lead engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor staff in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple audit engagements Supervise and develop audit staff Review financial statements and audit reports Communicate findings and recommendations to clients Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and auditing standards

Qualifications:

CPA designation required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 5+ years of progressive audit experience in public accounting Proven leadership and client management skills Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards
