Job Description

We are a midsize CPA firm that is about 25 employees strong and growing. We are looking to add then newest member of our Team Family. We are a full service Public Accounting firm offering Tax, Audit, and Accounting services. We see a high number of High-profile HNWI/UHNWIs that are coming from Big Four and national firms looking for a more personal touch to their services. We also work on a range of entities including complex partnerships, s-corps, and c-corps. Industry-wise we have a large number of entities in the Construction, Agriculture, Wholesale & Distribution, along with your standard closely held businesses. We look to keep the work life balance as a priority with busy seasons staying in the 45-55 hours range and then we offer Fridays off every week between labor day and memorial day. We also have strong benefits with a 401k w/ match.

We are looking for an experienced auditor to jump into a manager/supervisor position. We want someone who is comfortable leading financial statement and/or employee benefit plan audit engagements. Most of the clients will be for-profit private businesses, but we do work with some non-profit entities.

What you need4+ Years of Public Accounting ExperienceActive CPA Highly PreferredStrong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and nonprofit reporting standards (FASB, OMB Uniform Guidance).Proven ability to manage audit teams, review workpapers, and oversee engagement performance.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both for-profit and nonprofit clients.

Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and meeting engagement deadlines.
