Job Description

A prestigious mid-sized CPA firm in the Chicago Metro area is seeking to hire an Audit Manager to join their esteemed team. Mid-Sized Prestigious CPA Firm Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage audit engagements. Provide guidance and mentorship to audit staff. Develop and maintain client relationships. Participate in business development and practice growth initiatives.
Requirements:
5+ years of auditing experience in a public accounting firm. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field. CPA license preferred. Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB auditing standards. Experience with Not-for-Profit (NFP) and Employee Benefit Plans (EBP) is advantageous. Willingness to travel minimally (mostly local)
