Full-time We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join our growing team. This opportunity is designed for an accounting professional with 5-10 years of public accounting experience in either Audit who is ready to take the next step in their career. Responsibilities Manage and oversee client engagements within your area of expertise Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients Plan, manage, and complete engagements while meeting deadlines and client expectations Review tax returns, financial statements, audit workpapers, and other client deliverables, as applicable Identify technical issues and provide practical solutions and recommendations Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and senior-level team members Review work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with professional standards Communicate with clients throughout the engagement process and address questions or concerns Assist with identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and develop new business Stay current on changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and other industry developments Participate in firm initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the firm Qualifications 5-10 years of public accounting experience in Audit Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA license Strong technical knowledge within your area of expertise Demonstrated experience managing client engagements Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality client service What is We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is client-focused, collaborative, and motivated to grow .
