This role promises a fast track to Director and offers a balanced work-life scenario through a hybrid work environment. Acting as the bridge between our Partners, clients, and professional teams, you will manage multiple auditing and accounting projects simultaneously. Key responsibilities include engaging with clients year-round, overseeing engagement schedules, training and mentoring staff, and spearheading business development initiatives. Actively contribute to client satisfaction by identifying and resolving any issues related to engagements, overseeing financial reviews, budgets, and directing senior accountants. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, a CPA license, and a minimum of five years' public accounting experience focused on non-profit clients are essential.
