Minimal client site visits AJ Chambers are partnered with a thriving CPA firm with 50+ staff and consistent 20% annual growth for four years. We're redefining audit with AI-powered tools like DataSnipper and seeking an experienced Audit Partner to lead our public company audit practice. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for the public company audit practice. Oversee audits for SEC registrants and ensure compliance with PCAOB standards. Review and sign off on financial statements, SEC filings, and SOX compliance reports. Drive business development, expand client base, and maintain strong relationships. Mentor and develop high-performing teams, ensuring technical excellence. Implement and optimize AI-driven audit technologies for efficiency and accuracy. Advise clients on complex accounting matters, including SEC comment letters, IPO readiness, and technical GAAP issues. Technical Requirements CPA license required. 10+ years of audit experience, with significant exposure to public companies and PCAOB audits. Deep knowledge of SEC reporting, SOX compliance, GAAP, and PCAOB standards. Proven track record in business development and client relationship management. Ability to resolve complex technical issues and provide authoritative guidance. Familiarity with AI audit tools (DataSnipper) and advanced audit analytics. Interested?
