What you'll doLead full-cycle audit, review, and compilation engagements for a diverse portfolio of middle-market clientsSupervise and coach staff auditors, delivering timely, constructive feedback that supports their developmentPrepare financial statements, footnote disclosures, and management letters in compliance with US GAAP and professional standardsResearch and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues in collaboration with engagement managers and partnersServe as the primary day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships and keeping engagements on trackContribute to internal initiatives including technical training, quality control reviews, and firm-wide process improvementsWhat you need3+ years of progressive audit experience in a public accounting firmBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a closely related fieldSolid working knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and internal control frameworksDemonstrated ability to supervise staff and manage multiple engagements simultaneously to meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactionNice to haveActive CPA license or demonstrated progress toward licensureExperience with middle-market or owner-managed business clientsFamiliarity with common audit software platformsPay & benefitsBase salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experienceComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with a competitive firm matching contributionGenerous PTO bank plus paid firm holidaysFull reimbursement for CPE credits and professional society duesTrue hybrid schedule for work-life balanceLocation & scheduleDallas, Texas - Hybrid.
