Job Description

Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Job description: The Home Energy Auditor position will be responsible for conducting residential energy audits to identify energy efficiency opportunities. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Prior building or trades experience Excellent customer service skills Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Certification in energy auditing or related field is a plus Prior energy modeling experience preferred, but not required Knowledge of Energy Efficiency and Energy Management preferred, but not required
Responsibilities & Job Requirements:
Conduct BPI level blower door tests and energy audits of residential, multi-family, and commercial buildings daily. Document all audits performed thoroughly with notes and photos. Identify all potential risks discovered during audits and document them thoroughly for the customer and your internal colleagues. Develop cost effective energy efficiency measures using data collected onsite and utility approved modeling software. Produce proposals to customers for weatherization projects in a timely manner. Track customer communications and project statuses daily in company CRM system, ensuring any necessary follow-up. Network externally to build relationships with clients and contractors Report to the job site/office on time, alert, on a daily basis. Maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record This person should have no issue working in inclement weather conditions and not have a fear of heights or be claustrophobic.
Professional Licensing:
It is required that you hold and maintain a BPI License for this role. If you do not hold one, we will provide the necessary training to attain one.
