POSITION SUMMARY

: Support Balchem's Internal Audit (IA) Department with activities and operations in accordance with its 2025 Internal Audit Plan. This position will be working on a hybrid schedule and has the opportunity to work out of our Montvale, NJ or Middletown, NY office. Ideal candidate would be able to start Spring 2025.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assist in preparation of financial statement risk assessment/compliance plan Assist in evaluating and testing assigned controls, based on audit procedures Document testing results in accordance with standard workpaper methodology Address review comments provided by Audit Team members Assist in tracking identified deficiencies and enhancement opportunities Assist in SOX process narrative review and maintenance of SOX documentation Assist in planning and reporting for plant audits Test assigned areas for plant audits based on prescribed audit procedures

REQUIREMENTS
