Job Description

Premium Auditor II •will hire level based on years of experience•Who We Are At Farm Bureau Financial Services, our client/members trust us to help protect their families, homes, vehicles, and livelihoods. What You'll Do As a Premium Auditor you will interview client/members to review financial records & other documentation to accurately classify and apply payroll and/or sales exposures for commercial package and workers' compensation policies in compliance with bureau regulations and company guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
Conduct premium audits on commercial and Ag policies. Schedule and conduct telephone interviews with client/members to review operations, determine proper classification, and develop accurate exposures. Analyze various financial records to develop exposure and accurately calculate policy premium. Make policy classification recommendations based on ISO and rating bureau rules. Prepare detailed audit reports with varying levels of complexity based on audit interview and supporting documentation submitted by the client/member. Perform audit related processing functions for both workers' compensation and general liability policies. What It Takes to Join Our Team College degree preferred experience in a premium audit function; accounting or commercial insurance a plus. Solid math skills with knowledge of accounting practices.
