Perform and document:

Pre-auditsRegistration auditsRe-auditsSurveillance auditsin accordance with applicable standards, regulations, and company proceduresLead audit teams and ensure successful completion of assigned audit projectsReview audit reports, responses to nonconformities, and technical documentation; submit findings to internal leadership and stakeholdersClearly communicate compliance issues, standards, and regulatory expectations to client leadership (written and verbal)Evaluate product and process nonconformances against specifications and regulatory requirementsEstablish and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, regulatory bodies, and internal teamsContinuously expand technical expertise across aerospace quality and compliance disciplinesPerform additional duties as assigned while meeting TKANA employee competenciesWho We're Looking ForThis role is ideal for a quality-focused aerospace professional who wants to expand into CMMC, data security, and advanced regulatory compliance.

Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Aerospace, or a related discipline(Equivalent education and/or experience considered)4+ years of aerospace industry experienceIncluding at least 2 years in quality assurance and regulatory affairsMinimum of 2 years conducting regulatory compliance auditsAS9100, AS9110, or AS9120 Lead Auditor CertificationExperience auditing DoD manufacturing facilities or service providersExperience with and understanding of:
