Senior Auditor Regulatory Financial Process

Responsibilities Kforce's client, a leading regional organization, is seeking a Senior Auditor Regulatory Financial Process to support regulatory and financial process audits within a regulated environment. This role offers exposure to operational, financial, and emerging risk areas while partnering closely with experienced audit leadership in a collaborative team setting. The position will be in the Saint Louis, MO area, functioning as hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 days remote - preferred days in office will be Monday-Wednesday or Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. Flexibility can be given when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial and operational audits to assess compliance with internal policies, processes, and regulatory requirements (including SOX) Support risk assessment activities across operational, regulatory, project, and cyber risk areas Identify emerging risks and assist in developing audit objectives and programs Partner with Senior and Lead Auditors to execute audit plans and communicate results clearly and effectively Skills Bachelor's degree required (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred) Professional certification required (CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, or similar) 3+ years of experience in internal or external auditing Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and/or business risk assessment in regulated environments preferred Public accounting or audit experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of internal auditing standards The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
