$100,000 - $130,000 (Based on experience)
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required) Active CPA license (highly preferred) Experience with non-profit and/or municipal audits (highly preferred) Background in a public accounting firm environment (highly preferred) Strong expertise in financial statement preparation and financial audits Proven experience in accounting, finance, and audit management Understanding of and experience with Audit Quality Management requirements Proficiency in audit software, financial management systems, QuickBooks, and other accounting software platforms Familiarity with grant compliance and regulatory requirements Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage comprehensive financial audits for small businesses, non-profits, and municipal clients Ensure compliance with GAAS, Government Auditing Standards, and regulatory requirements Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements with accuracy Supervise and mentor audit staff Collaborate with partners to deliver timely, value-added client service Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor What Our Client Offers Competitive salary ($100,000 - $130,000) based on experience Comprehensive healthcare benefits Generous PTO and paid holidays Professional development opportunities Collaborative work environment Career growth potential
