Accounting Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Associate to join our team. As an Audit Associate, you will play a crucial role in financial audits and providing valuable insights to our clients. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of financial concepts and regulations.
Duties:
  • Assist with financial audits for clients in various industries
  • Evaluate internal controls and identify areas for improvement
  • Execute audit procedures in accordance with professional standards
  • Analyze financial statements and supporting documentation
  • Work closely with team members to ensure timely completion of audits
  • Stay updated on relevant accounting standards and regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA certification (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or related field
  • Knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and techniques
  • Proficient in financial report interpretation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills:
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts and analysis
  • Experience in governmental, corporate accounting or Single Audit is a plus
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
