 Pay attention to detail  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.  Strong communication skills  Manages time well  Self-motivated  Flexible to change  Strong work ethic  Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift & wear safety/ steel-toed shoes Duties Perform regular quality audits across production lines to verify adherence to established quality standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct dimensional measurements using precision measuring instruments, height gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to ensure product specifications are met. Interpret mechanical blueprints and manufacturing documentation to validate process accuracy and compliance. Utilize vision inspection systems and other measurement tools to identify deviations or defects in products. Collect and analyze data related to quality control metrics, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) parameters. Review manufacturing procedures for compliance with
ISO 13485, HACCP, CGMP, FDA
regulations, and other legal standards. Document audit findings clearly and accurately; prepare detailed reports for management review. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions based on audit results. Support calibration activities for measuring instruments such as height gauges and other precision tools. Assist in the development and refinement of quality management systems to enhance overall product quality. Participate in internal and external quality audits to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards. Skills Proficiency in using Calypso software for data analysis and reporting. Strong understanding of
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, GMP, HACCP, and FDA regulatory standards. Experience with quality audits within manufacturing environments. Mechanical knowledge including interpretation of mechanical blueprints and use of measuring instruments like coordinate measuring machines and vision inspection systems. Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately using height gauges, micrometers, and other precision tools. Familiarity with GD&T principles for precise measurement interpretation. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance practices, and quality control procedures. Excellent analysis skills for identifying root causes of non-conformities. Basic math skills necessary for measurement calculations and data analysis. Strong communication skills for documenting findings clearly and collaborating effectively across departments. Experience with ISO standards implementation and maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
