Citi's Internal Audit division provides independent assessments of the company's governance, risk management and internal control environment for key stakeholders including the Board of Directors, senior management and Citi's numerous regulators globally. Internal Audit is a change agent within Citi aimed to enhance the control culture of Citigroup worldwide and thereby support senior management decision making around the globe. We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed. Citi's Internal Audit Analyst Program is a 24-month rotational leadership program which provides development-focused opportunities coupled with structured classroom training, mentoring and individual development.
Key responsibilities include:
Rotate across core audit areas (e.g. Finance, Markets & Services, Tech, Business Enablement & AI, Legal, Compliance & Risk, etc.) Assist with end-to-end audit engagements: planning, fieldwork, testing, and reporting Complete audit workpapers, including assessing the design and operational effectiveness of key controls. Analyze data and business trends to identify emerging risk patterns Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess control effectiveness and recommend improvements Deliver presentations and summaries of audit results to business partners and leadership Participate in ongoing learning and development sessions throughout the program Your time here will look something like this... Qualifications:
At least a 3.3 GPA, preferred Graduating with a Bachelor's degree or a dual Bachelor's and Master's between December 2026 and June 2027.
