About the Position BSGM is seeking motivated Auditors with 1-5+ years of experience to join our growing Audit Department. In this role, you'll work closely with clients, perform financial statement audits, and gain valuable exposure to a wide variety of industries. Responsibilities Perform audit procedures and testing in accordance with professional standards. Examine financial records, internal controls, operating procedures, and supporting documentation. Prepare and complete audit workpapers with accurate documentation of testing and findings. Identify and communicate audit issues and recommendations to senior team members. Demonstrate proficiency in technical accounting and auditing standards. Maintain compliance with firm policies, procedures, and professional ethics. Participate in continuing education and firm training to enhance technical knowledge. Travel to client locations as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. CPA eligibility or progress toward CPA licensure preferred. 0-5+ years of public accounting or audit experience. Experience with audit software and financial reporting tools is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Why BSGM?
