Job Description

Collision Estimator - Join Our Growing Team Busy, dealership-backed collision center with a steady workflow is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Collision Estimator to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, coordinating with insurance companies, and guiding customers through the repair process from start to finish. Our shop is proud to be I-CAR Platinum Certified , maintains strong DRP relationships , and is certified to repair vehicles for six major automotive manufacturers . Required Qualifications Previous experience in a collision repair facility, automotive service department, automotive parts department, or related automotive field. Strong customer service and communication skills with professional phone etiquette. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience as a Collision Estimator, Service Advisor, Parts Specialist, or Collision Repair Technician. Experience working with CCC ONE estimating software. Knowledge of insurance claims processes and DRP programs. I-CAR certifications or collision industry training. Familiarity with OEM repair procedures and manufacturer certification requirements.
Schedule:
Monday- Friday, 8:00 - 5:30
Wages:
Salary plus commission. Compensation is based on experience, certifications, and performance. Top performers have opportunity to earn above-average compensation.
