They help drive production, keep customers informed, identify hidden damage early, manage insurance communication, and create a repair blueprint the entire shop can execute successfully. That's exactly who we're looking for. A growing collision repair facility in Glendale is seeking an experienced Collision Repair Estimator who understands both the customer-facing side of the business and the production processes that keep a shop operating efficiently. This is not an entry-level estimating position. We're looking for someone who understands collision repair, supplements, insurance procedures, cycle time management, and how to keep repairs moving without sacrificing quality. Why Glendale? Glendale Peoria Surprise Sun City El Mirage Avondale Goodyear Phoenix Surrounding West Valley communities This creates a steady flow of insurance repairs, commuter accidents, fleet work, and customer-pay repairs throughout the year. What You'll Be Doing Writing complete and accurate repair plans Performing vehicle inspections and damage analysis Identifying hidden damage during teardown Managing supplements and insurance communications Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process Coordinating with production teams to maintain repair flow Monitoring repair progress and addressing delays before they become problems Maintaining documentation and repair file accuracy Supporting cycle-time goals while maintaining repair quality What We're Looking For Previous collision estimating experience required Strong understanding of repair planning and supplement management Knowledge of insurance repair procedures and claim processes Ability to communicate professionally with customers, insurers, and technicians Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple repairs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Experience with Progressive claims is a strong plus I-CAR, ASE, or industry certifications are a plus What You'll Find Here Consistent repair volume Strong DRP and insurance relationships Established repair processes Team-oriented environment Modern repair equipment and OEM-focused repair philosophy Leadership committed to helping the shop succeed Compensation & Benefits $65,000 - $160,000+ annually Compensation is based on experience, production, and overall performance.
