Job Description

Collision Repair Estimator (with DRP Program Experience) This is a position for experienced writers only. Are you a detail-oriented, insurance-savvy professional with proven experience in Direct Repair Programs? Join our team as a Collision Repair Estimator and help us deliver superior service while navigating insurance DRP guidelines. Responsibilities Inspect damaged vehicles; assess needed repairs, parts & materials Prepare accurate, detailed written estimates that comply with DRP and insurer requirements Serve as liaison to insurance carriers, adjusters, and vendors under DRP agreements Negotiate repair costs, parts, supplements, etc., with suppliers & insurers Work closely with techs & production to ensure DRP‐compliant repair methods, documentation & cycle time expectations Monitor repair progress; handle estimate adjustments & supplements in DRP workflow Maintain thorough documentation, photos, and records for audits & insurer review Stay current with DRP guidelines, insurer rules, OEM repair procedures Requirements Prior experience as a collision estimator, with direct hands‐on DRP program experience Strong knowledge of insurance DRP workflows and requirements (adjuster interaction, supplemental claims, insurer compliance) Proficiency with estimating software (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.) Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Valid driver's license; adept at managing multiple jobs and meeting deadlines What We Offer Competitive salary / commission + DRP bonus structure Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, dental, vision, etc. Paid time off, holidays, continuing education/training (especially
