Responsibilities:
Handle personal injury cases from A to Z in pre-litigation Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case updates Open claims with insurance companies and coordinate all aspects of the claim Assist clients with property damage issues , including communication with insurance companies, body shops, and repair facilities Help coordinate vehicle inspections, repair estimates, repair status, rental cars, and loss of use claims Speak with repair shops and insurance adjusters regarding estimates, supplements, delays, and vehicle damage issues Guide clients through the property damage process and help resolve related issues efficiently Gather and organize all documents related to the claim, including police reports, photos, medical records, bills, property damage documents, loss of earnings, and other supporting evidence Assist clients with treatment coordination and follow up on medical progress Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and clients on a daily basis Prepare demand packages and ensure files are complete before attorney review Monitor deadlines, follow-ups, and case progress to keep matters moving efficiently Maintain accurate notes and updates in the case management system Support settlement process and client communication through resolution
