Estimator Omni Collision Center Los Angeles, CA Job Details Full-time $65,000 - $100,000 a year 1 hour ago Qualifications Customer communication Sales Writing skills Scanning Estimating for automotive body repair Full Job Description Strong customer service and communication skills both verbal and in writing Able to write at least 100k/mo in sales Experience in DRP work - is a plus 2+ Years Experience with CCC One Software 2+ Years experience documenting and tracking vehicle progress throughout the entire repair process. Update statuses in the production schedule. Educate the customer about the collision repair process; including insurance claims, processing, payment procedures, repair techniques, repair needs and approximate repair time. Finalize and line match supplements prior to vehicle delivery. Confirm the insurance supplements are scanned and attached to estimating system. Ensure all parts have been received and invoices are posted. Prepares file for final bill upload.
