Full Job Description Job Title:

Service Advisor (Collision Estimator)

Responsibilities:

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Repair damaged vehicles using technical information sheets following APS (Advanced Process Solutions) in accordance with repair orders (RO). Makes "repair or replace" decisions concerning safety, costs, and cycle time. Bodyshop Experience with CCC one, Repair Plan Phase, Mitchell Connect, ALLDATA, OPS Trax, I-CAR Certifications. Work and communicate with Technicians on the vehicle repair status (including supplements). Utilize all required safety equipment, follow proper repair procedures, and adheres to all requirements for hazardous waste disposal.. Attend daily release meetings. Other duties as assigned.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
• Maintain customer records and update information as necessary
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding matters

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
• Proficient in using customer service software and computer systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
