BMW of Riverside is looking to add a Collision Estimator (DRP Experience Preferred) We are seeking an experienced and motivated Collision Estimator to join our growing team. As a Collision Estimator , you will be responsible for writing accurate repair estimates, communicating with insurance partners, and ensuring a seamless repair process from start to finish. Experience with DRP programs—especially Mercury—is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Write and manage repair estimates using CCC ONE and Mitchell. Work directly with insurance companies, including DRP partners. Communicate effectively with customers and production staff. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to OEM repair procedures. Manage supplements and negotiate with adjusters as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous collision estimating experience required. Mercury DRP experience strongly preferred. Proficiency in CCC ONE or similar estimating software. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality repairs. Professional appearance and work ethic. Excellent communication, Negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress. Must be able to work well in a process driven environment. Must conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times. Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor. Safety and customer service oriented. Self-starter and self-motivator.
