The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to producing clean, accurate work that meets OEM standards. Responsibilities Assess vehicle damage and create detailed, accurate repair estimates using industry software (CCC ONE, Audatex, or Mitchell). Negotiate repair costs and supplemental claims with insurance adjusters to ensure profitable and proper repair procedures. Act as the primary contact for customers, providing regular updates on vehicle status and explaining technical repair processes. Coordinate with Body Technicians to ensure the scope of work is understood and production timelines are met. Review final invoices and quality-control completed repairs against the original estimate before vehicle delivery. Maintain thorough documentation of all photos, communications, and authorizations required by DRP (Direct Repair Program) guidelines. Qualifications 2+ years experience as a Collision Estimator or Service Advisor. Proficiency in estimating software (CCC ONE preferred) and a strong understanding of parts procurement. Knowledge of I-CAR repair standards and insurance industry protocols. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage customer expectations under pressure. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple files and deadlines simultaneously. Valid Driver's License and a professional demeanor.
