The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck collision repair, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create accurate repair estimates while working closely with customers, insurance companies, and technicians. Responsibilities Inspect damaged heavy-duty trucks and equipment Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry estimating software Communicate with insurance adjusters, customers, and repair technicians throughout the repair process Order and track parts as needed Maintain detailed and organized repair documentation Monitor repair progress and update estimates when necessary Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards Deliver excellent customer service from estimate to vehicle delivery Requirements Previous experience as a collision repair estimator required Heavy-duty truck estimating experience

REQUIRED
