Estimates are waiting. Vehicles need repairs. We need experienced estimators ready to produce. Kaizen Collision Center is hiring Collision Repair Estimators at all of our Colorado locations. Up to 6% commission with $200,000+ earning potential. We have the work and need proven estimators who know how to sell repairs, write profitable estimates, close customers, and keep production moving.

WHAT YOU BRING

Proven collision repair estimating experience Strong sales and closing skills CCC ONE experience Insurance and DRP knowledge Blueprinting and supplement management Ability to manage high-volume repairs Progressive claims experience is a plus.
