Job Description
Dallas Family Dent is a paintless dent repair shop running almost entirely on insurance hail claims. We are hiring an experienced estimator to write our hail files and handle the carriers.
What you will do:
Write PDR hail estimates
•matrix, panel counts, R&I, conventional overlap. Write and defend supplements.
Work adjusters directly:
reinspections, negotiations, approvals. Review incoming vehicles and set the repair plan.
What you need:
Real hail estimating experience
•you have written PDR files, not just collision. CCC ONE, Audatex, or Mitchell. Comfortable on the phone with adjusters. Your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license. Willing to travel
•we chase storms across Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Kansas/Missouri.
What we offer:
$25 per hour, paid weekly, approximately 50 hours per week. Company housing covered while you are on a storm. Steady claim volume across six markets
•we are not waiting on work. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Benefits such as health insurance, retirement, and paid time off are not provided; company housing on storm assignments is provided. Apply here and we will call you. Applications accepted through October 31, 2026.
