Some shops want fast paperwork, endless supplements, and constant cleanup afterward. That's not how this operation runs. We're looking for an estimator who understands the flow of a collision shop, communicates professionally, and can help keep repairs moving without creating bottlenecks for technicians or customers.
If you can:
Build accurate, detailed estimates Identify damage before teardown turns into chaos Handle supplements without dragging jobs out Communicate confidently with customers and insurance carriers Keep production moving and organized Then this could be a strong fit. What You're Walking Into High-volume North Metro market with steady insurance and DRP work Consistent car count from Northglenn, Thornton, Westminster, Commerce City, Brighton, Denver, and surrounding Front Range communities Heavy commuter traffic, hail claims, and year-round repair demand along I-25, Highway 36, and the North Metro corridor Established repair process and production structure already in place Team environment where efficiency and communication matter Leadership that supports production and accountability What We Need From You Write complete and accurate estimates from the start Handle supplements quickly and correctly Maintain organization under pressure Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and insurance partners Support repair planning and production flow day to day Help reduce delays, missed damage, and unnecessary supplements Insurance repair experience is required. Mitchell experience is preferred. Experience working with Progressive claims is a strong plus. This isn't the right fit for someone who needs constant oversight or struggles in a fast-paced production environment. This is a strong opportunity for an estimator who already understands how successful collision shops operate. Pay & Benefits $65,000 - $160,000+ earning potential based on production Consistent workflow and steady volume Strong support from management and production staff Curative Health Plan $0 deductible $0 in-network copays Preloaded card for approved out-of-network care You pay the premium — that's it Additional Benefits Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays + PTO Paid training and certifications Advancement opportunities as the company continues to grow Why Northglenn The North Denver corridor continues to expand rapidly, bringing steady repair demand from commuter traffic, hail storms, insurance work, and growing suburban communities. With major highway traffic moving through the area daily, quality estimators stay consistently busy year-round. Bottom Line A lot of experienced estimators are tired of: Weak leadership Disorganized production flow Constant supplement issues Poor communication between departments Being expected to fix preventable mistakes If that sounds familiar, this opportunity is worth a conversation. All inquiries are handled confidentially.
