TOP ESTIMATORS WANTED.
If you're producing at a high level, your paycheck should reflect it. We're hiring an experienced Collision Repair Estimator who can sell the repair, write a complete repair plan, manage insurance claims, and keep production moving. This is not an entry-level position. We want a proven producer. What We Want Collision repair estimating experience Strong sales and closing skills CCC ONE or similar experience Damage analysis and blueprinting skills Insurance, DRP, and supplement experience Ability to manage a high-volume workload Strong customer communication What We Offer Up to 6% commission with $200,000+ earning potential , consistent repair volume, strong production support, paid training, 401(k) match, PTO, paid holidays, dental, vision, and career growth.
