We're looking for an experienced Collision Estimator who can build customer confidence, write accurate repair plans, and help keep our production team moving efficiently. THE DAY TO DAY
Perform complete damage analysis and blueprint repairs Prepare accurate repair plans using CCC ONE Coordinate supplements with insurance partners Monitor repair progress from intake through delivery Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process Collaborate with technicians to ensure repair plans reflect all required operations Ensure OEM repair procedures are followed whenever applicable
THE RIGHT FITTHE RIGHT FIT
3+ years of collision estimating experience preferred I-CAR certification preferred but not required Strong understanding of OEM repair procedures Knowledge of insurance estimating guidelines and supplement procedures Excellent customer communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple repairs in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Valid driver's license
Qualifications:
