Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of collision repairs needed Prepare detailed, accurate repair estimates using auto estimating software and industry knowledge Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians to explain repair needs and costs Coordinate with collosion technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work Maintain comprehensive documentation of all estimates, repairs, and customer interactions Stay current on automotive repair procedures, industry standards, and new technologies inclding suspensions, alignments, brake systems, and ADAS systems Experience with auto estimating tools and service writing software Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally Join us if you're eager to leverage your automotive expertise in a role that combines technical skill with exceptional customer care.
