Position Overview Twin Vee PowerCats Co. is seeking a highly capable, organized, and customer-focused Warranty Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our warranty department from our headquarters in Fort Pierce, FL. This is a hands-on, in-person leadership role that requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, urgency, and the ability to balance customer satisfaction with financial responsibility. We are a fast-paced, family-oriented company that puts customers first. This role requires someone who understands that warranty management is not just technical, it is also about relationships, responsiveness, and protecting the reputation of the brand. Key Responsibilities Manage all incoming warranty claims from dealers, customers, and internal teams. Review claims for validity, technical cause, coverage eligibility, and cost impact. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, dealers, vendors, and internal departments. Coordinate repairs, parts replacements, approvals, and claim resolutions in a timely manner. Determine when customer satisfaction support should be extended beyond strict warranty coverage. Balance customer-first decision making with protecting company margins and controlling unnecessary costs. Track recurring issues and report trends to engineering, production, and management teams. Work closely with service, parts, manufacturing, quality control, and executive leadership. Maintain organized records, claim documentation, service history, and reporting metrics. Improve warranty systems, processes, response times, and overall customer experience. Help de-escalate difficult situations with calm, professional communication. Qualifications Minimum 2 years marine industry experience preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge of boats, engines, rigging, electrical, plumbing, trailers, and marine systems preferred. Candidates with strong automotive warranty management experience may be considered if they are fast learners. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving ability and sound judgment. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities. Strong computer and documentation skills. Positive attitude and team-first mindset. Ideal Candidate Understands both the customer and the company perspective. Can make practical decisions under pressure. Thick-skinned, calm, and professional in challenging situations.
