Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Repair Coordinator (back end estimator) to join our team. This senior-level position is responsible for handling repair estimates, supplements, insurance negotiations, OEM research and more. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and confident in researching and applying OEM repair procedures.

Responsibilities:

Write accurate, OEM-compliant estimates and supplements Submit supplements with insurance carriers Explain repair plans and insurance processes to customers Research and apply manufacturer repair procedures Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure proper execution of repair plans Document all communications and repairs thoroughly in CCC One Maintain knowledge of current OEM certifications and insurance trends

Qualifications:

5+ years experience in collision estimating or repair coordination Proficient with CCC One Strong knowledge of OEM procedures and insurance negotiation Excellent communication and customer service skills I-CAR or OEM training a plus

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday is 7:30-5:30, Friday is 7:30-
