You will be responsible for reviewing repair orders, coding warranty claims, and submitting them to the OEM. Responsibilities Code claims using OEM warranty policies Review repair instructions, diagnostics, and technician notes Verify punch times and labor operations Use overlap tools when needed Submit claims through the OEM system with all required documentation Ideal Candidate Organized, accurate, and comfortable working with detailed paperwork Qualifications Good communication skills including active listening Service-oriented Computer literate, and able to learn new software
