This collision repair facility is known for integrity, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service. We are committed to proper repairs, OEM-focused processes, and creating a supportive, team-oriented work environment. We are looking for a motivated and professional Collision Estimator / Repair Advisor to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who can confidently assist customers, write accurate estimates, communicate with insurance companies, and help keep repairs moving efficiently through the shop. Responsibilities Greet customers and inspect damaged vehicles Explain the process to the customer Write accurate collision repair estimates using CCC ONE Identify visible and potential hidden damage during the repair planning process Communicate with insurance companies and adjusters regarding approvals and supplements Work closely with technicians, parts staff, and management to support repair flow Keep customers updated throughout the repair process Document files with photos, notes, and repair-related documentation Review supplements, repair orders, and completed files for accuracy Help maintain a smooth repair process and strong customer satisfaction Qualifications Previous collision estimating experience preferred Experience with CCC ONE preferred Strong understanding of collision repair processes and insurance claim handling Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license required Compensation & Benefits $58,000 - $72,000 per year, based on experience Performance incentive opportunities 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Aflac Paid time off Paid holidays Ongoing training and development support Why Join Quality-focused, customer-first shop Supportive work environment Opportunity for long-term growth Team that values proper repairs and professionalism Stable full-time position with benefits
