In this vital role, you will assess vehicle damage accurately, prepare detailed repair estimates, and coordinate with technicians and insurance companies to ensure efficient service delivery. Your mechanical knowledge and automotive diagnostics skills will help facilitate seamless repairs, making a tangible difference for our customers every day. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess extent of repairs needed Prepare detailed, accurate auto repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair procedures, timelines, and costs Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to coordinate repair plans and timelines Manage insurance claims processes by providing necessary documentation and estimates Maintain comprehensive records of all estimates, repairs, and customer interactions to ensure transparency and accountability Requirements Proven dealership experience or auto service management background preferred Familiarity with auto estimating software and service writing processes Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and customer trust Experience in auto body repair is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cash handling and documentation processes Join us in delivering top-tier automotive repairs while advancing your career in a vibrant team environment!
