Pay Range:

$50,000-$75,000/yr What You'll do: Greet customers and assess vehicle damage in a professional, friendly manner Prepare detailed, accurate repair estimates using dealership software Communicate with insurance companies, customers, and internal team members regarding repair plans and timelines Review and verify parts pricing, labor times, and repair procedures Maintain strong follow-up on repair status, approvals, and customer updates Collaborate with technicians and parts staff to ensure smooth workflow Ensure compliance with OEM repair standards and collision industry guidelines Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair procedure

What We're Looking For:

Previous collision repair estimator experience required NYS Estimator license required Strong understanding of auto-body repair processes and insurance procedures Excellent communication, time management & administrative skills Ability to multi-task and manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance with a strong work ethic Valid driver's license and clean driving record The ability to work a full-time 5-day work week that will include occasional Saturdays
