Trailer Repair Estimator ENS Truck & Trailer Pro•Dayton, OH About Us ENS Truck & Trailer Pro is a growing leader in commercial truck and trailer repair, specializing in collision repair, structural repairs, maintenance, and fleet services. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Trailer Repair Estimator to join our team and help deliver exceptional service to our customers. Position Summary The Trailer Repair Estimator is responsible for inspecting damaged trucks and trailers, preparing accurate repair estimates, communicating with customers and insurance companies, and coordinating repairs from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge, customer service skills, and a passion for helping customers get back on the road quickly and safely. Responsibilities Inspect damaged trucks and trailers to determine repair requirements. Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry standards. Communicate with customers, fleet managers, and insurance representatives. Review structural, body, mechanical, and collision damage. Coordinate repair schedules with the service department. Monitor repair progress and update customers throughout the process. Follow up on outstanding estimates and convert opportunities into sales. Identify additional repair needs and prepare supplemental estimates. Maintain accurate documentation and repair records. Ensure repairs meet DOT, manufacturer, and company standards. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in truck, trailer, collision repair, or estimating. Knowledge of commercial truck and trailer components and repair procedures. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to read repair manuals, estimates, and technical documents. Proficiency with computers and estimating software. Valid driver's license. CDL is a plus but not required. Preferred Experience Truck and trailer body repair. Fleet maintenance operations. Insurance claim handling. Wabash, Hyundai, Utility, Great Dane, or Vanguard trailer repair experience.
