Collision Estimator — $70K-$110K+ — Fix Auto of Carbondale • Part of the Fix Auto national network

Carbondale, PA (serving the Scranton / Wilkes-Barre area)

Monday-Friday Pay:
$70,000-$110,000+ per year, based on experience and performance Fix Auto of Carbondale is a busy, established collision repair shop looking for an experienced Collision Estimator / Damage Writer. We have steady work and need someone who can write accurate estimates, handle supplements, work well with insurance companies, and keep cars moving through the shop. If you're estimating now at a body shop, dealership collision center, or insurance company and you're ready for better pay and a shop that runs right, we'd like to talk. What you'll do: Write accurate estimates and supplements (CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex) Inspect damage, document repairs, and capture every operation Work with adjusters, customers, technicians, and management Follow up on supplements and keep files moving What we're looking for: Collision estimating experience (body shop, collision center, dealership, or insurance) Comfortable with estimating systems and DRP/insurance work Organized, professional, and able to manage multiple files Good communicator with customers and adjusters What we offer: $70K-$110K+ earning potential Steady, year-round work Monday-Friday schedule [Health insurance, PTO, 401k — list what applies] A professional shop that supports its people Experienced estimators in the Carbondale, Scranton, or Wilkes-Barre area—apply today.
