We believe that the customer comes first, so our facility does not have any DRP's. We have partnered with 10+ area Dealerships and believe in following the OEM recommendations. We are looking for team members who have drive, knowledge, confidence and a customer based mindset.

Responsibilities to include:

Mapping and Blueprinting of each vehicle at our facility and/or working with estimator that is blueprinting Writing a thorough supplement with DFR technician Negotiating supplements and repair plans with insurance companies Communicating with customers throughout the repair process Striving to reach monthly goals

Job Requirements:

PA Damage Appraisers License CCC One experience required High level of customer service skills Windows based computer skills High level of automotive damage & repair procedures Personal integrity, drive and determination
