Job Description

Collision Estimator - Diehl Collision of Grove City Join One of the Region's Fastest-Growing Collision Repair Teams! Diehl Collision of Grove City is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to join our professional and customer-focused team. If you have a strong background in automotive collision repair, insurance claims, and customer service, we want to hear from you. As a Collision Estimator, you will play a critical role in the repair process by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, communicating with insurance companies, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE or similar estimating software Communicate with customers regarding repair timelines and procedures Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient repairs Monitor repair progress and update estimates as needed Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the repair process Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Collision Estimator, Auto Damage Appraiser, or Collision Repair Advisor preferred Knowledge of collision repair procedures, vehicle construction, and insurance claim processes Experience with CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar estimating systems preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Valid driver's license and clean driving record
