ON EXPERIENCE

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop accurate and detailed estimates for repair work Remain knowledgeable of the latest parts and repair procedures Exhibit a high level of communication, organization and customer service skills Liaise with insurance companies and negotiate parts and labor costs Research and locate any parts needed Ensure repair invoices accurately reflect the estimate Make sure all necessary parts are present before work begins Ensure all reports and records are accurately completed Show empathy and patience when working with customers We have the knowledge, expertise and technology to face the challenges of restoring every vehicle to pre-loss condition with vehicle safety being our number one priority.
