Collision Center Estimator (Auto Body) Stocker Auto Group - State College, PA $60,000 - $90,000 + Commission | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus |

Experienced Collision Estimator Stocker Auto Group is a third-generation, family-owned dealership with 65+ years of success. We're growing our Collision Center and looking for a skilled Estimator who can deliver accurate estimates, work effectively with insurance companies, and provide a top-tier customer experience. If you have estimating experience and your PA Appraiser License, this is a great opportunity to join a stable, high-volume shop with strong earning potential. What You'll Do Inspect vehicles and assess collision damage (structural, body, mechanical) Write accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE Communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters Determine repair vs. replace decisions Identify potential total loss vehicles Guide customers through the repair process What You Need ✅ PA Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser License (required) ✅ Collision estimating experience (preferred) ✅ Knowledge of repair procedures and insurance workflows ✅ Strong communication and attention to detail Schedule Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends Pay & Benefits $60K-$90K base (based on experience) Commission/bonus opportunities $5,000 sign-on bonus Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off Life & Disability Insurance Why Stocker Auto Group?
