If you're an experienced Collision Damage Appraiser / Estimator who enjoys helping customers, writing accurate estimates, and working alongside a talented collision repair team, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Welcome customers and guide them through the repair process from estimate to vehicle delivery. Inspect collision damage and prepare complete, accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE and manufacturer repair procedures. Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient repair planning and production. Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and adjusters throughout the repair process. Submit supplements, obtain approvals, and ensure timely insurance claim processing. Coordinate repair scheduling and parts procurement. Monitor repair progress and provide proactive updates to customers. Perform final quality reviews before vehicle delivery. Explain completed repairs and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate documentation and repair records. Follow all dealership, insurance, OSHA, and state regulations while promoting a safe workplace. What We're Looking For Valid Pennsylvania Vehicle Damage Appraiser (Estimator) License required. Previous collision estimating/appraising experience required. Experience with CCC ONE estimating software preferred. Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and insurance claim processes. Excellent customer service, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple repair files in a fast-paced environment.
