This is a foundational role offering a unique opportunity to shape strategy, open new markets, and make a direct impact on growth. What You'll Do Develop and execute a commercial sales plan focused on growing restoration work. Build and maintain strong relationships across key verticals including property management, retirement communities, and churches. Drive outbound prospecting, networking, and community involvement. This is B2B with a focus on commercial and building new relationships with insurance companies Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. What We're Looking For Proven success in B2B field sales , ideally in restoration or related industries (construction, pest control, rental equipment, etc.).
