Job Description
Sign on Bonus, Great Comp. Plan and 10 days PTO! We work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm - no weekends! Pay is Salary plus a generous commission monthly! Bay has been in business for over 70 years in Norfolk; we have 3 Collision centers here and in Suffolk. We are I-Car Gold and we provide excellent service to all of our Insurance and non-insurance customers. The ideal candidate would have over 2 years experience with estimating and CCC One Estimating Software and with all of the day to day running of a Collision Center. We are focused on quality workmanship and great communication to deliver an outstanding experience every time.
