What We Offer Competitive salary + performance incentives Family oriented, motivating environment Immediate impact in a growing department Ongoing training and professional development Dedicated leadership team that supports your success Health Insurance, Vision & Dental 401K with 4% match 2 weeks paid vacation to start, 3 Weeks with Tenure Short term disability coverage Responsibilities Greet customers and guide them through the repair estimate process Inspect vehicles thoroughly to assess damage and prepare accurate estimates Communicate clearly with customers, insurance companies, and technicians Ensure estimates comply with industry standards and company policies Assist management in maintaining workflow and maximizing shop efficiency Build strong rapport with customers, creating a positive and professional experience Support the team by monitoring repair progress and updating customers as needed Qualifications Proven experience as a Collision Center Estimator or in a related automotive role Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and estimating software (CCC ONE) Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
